2024-25 Peugeot P64 3008 Allure HEV and GT HEV: fuel leak from connection between fuel pump and rail

In July 2025, recall campaign MXZ was issued for 2024-25 Peugeot P64 3008 Allure HEV and GT HEV vehicles with automatic transmissions. Due to a manufacturing defect, the threaded connection between the high-pressure fuel pump and the fuel rail may become loose. This could cause a fuel leak which, in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a vehicle fire – this posed a risk of injury to vehicle occupants, other road users and/or damage to property.
